It's been a rough few months. Very bad mental health issues. A couple of giveaways on Facebook I'd won that amounted to nothing because the people doing the giveaways couldn't be bothered to keep their end of the deal plus the failed homeswap left me very deflated and has taken me a long while to recover. Still not sure I have properly.

The problems that the UK is having, currently, with the pollution cloud (combination of Europe pollution drifting in on wind and Saharan Desert storms being blown here), has left me quite breathless at some times of the day and very tired mostly.

My attempts at re-organization is failing fast and all I seem to have on my mind is the need to move. Even so I still need to organize for a Chocolate Heart Attack Cake for Friday night, 2 dozen BabyShower Cupcakes for Sunday, a Loaf Cake for us and a Black Forest Gateau for me for my Birthday next week. Plus I want to make 3 Birthday Cards and a Breast Feeding Bracelet.

Last night I relied on a favourite staple to give us a balanced Dinner.
Penne Pasta with a simple bolognese sauce made of chopped onions and chopped (tinned) tomatoes, tomato puree with sugar, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce and jerk seasoning plus a little fried lean minced beef. I sprinkled it with some grated lighter extra mature cheddar and served it with a naked cucumber, tomato and spring onion salad and slightly overdone garlic bread.
Dessert was Cherry and Pomegranate yogurt from the "The Collective Dairy Indulgent Yogurt" range - luscious creamy thick yogurt - I nearly ate the whole tub by myself :)
